DDF Honoured at Joseph Jones Racing 50th Anniversary Race Day
The Daniela Dwyer Foundation was proud to join the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Joseph Jones Racing at Thoroughbred Park — and humbled to be chosen as the official Race Day charity.

Friday, 5 September — Thoroughbred Park, Canberra
The Daniela Dwyer Foundation was proud to join the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Joseph Jones Racing at Thoroughbred Park. We were humbled to be chosen as the official Race Day charity and are deeply grateful for the generosity and support shown by JJR Racing and all who attended.
A Special Connection
Our association with the Joseph and Dwyer families runs deep. Daniela and Zoe's friendship began back in high school, and the warmth, spirit, and care shown by Barbara, Maree, Zoe, and the boys has always reflected a genuine love of family and community.
“Their support means the world to us, because we know it comes from the heart.”
— Daniela Dwyer Foundation
Turning Support into Action
Every dollar raised through the Race Day will go directly toward advancing Professor Sudha Rao's liquid biopsy project — an innovative platform for early detection of brain cancer and for tracking the effectiveness of treatment.
Thanks to the incredible support of Joseph Jones Racing, DDF is one step closer to making this breakthrough tool a standard option for patients and their families.
